QR version 21 is 101×101 modules: up to 2,232 digits, 1,352 alphanumeric, 929 bytes or 572 kanji at level L; 403 bytes at H.

Maximum characters in a single encoding mode, per error-correction level (ISO/IEC 18004:2015, Table 7). Mixed-mode data and ECI headers reduce these limits.
