QRコードに配置する前に、データと誤り訂正の符号語を複数のブロックに分散させる処理です。インターリーブにより、局所的な損傷（例：1箇所を横断する傷）が異なるブロック由来の符号語に影響するようになり、各ブロックのリード・ソロモンデコーダーがそれぞれの分担分を訂正できます。
