QRコードが印刷される際の1インチあたりのドット数（DPI）です。標準的な印刷では最低300 DPIが推奨され、名刺や商品ラベル上の小さなQRコードには600 DPI以上が推奨されます。解像度が低いとモジュールがにじんで区別できなくなります。
