QR version 5 is 37×37 modules: up to 255 digits, 154 alphanumeric, 106 bytes or 65 kanji at level L; 44 bytes at H.
Version 5 data capacity
Maximum characters in a single encoding mode, per error-correction level (ISO/IEC 18004:2015, Table 7). Mixed-mode data and ECI headers reduce these limits.
