Encodes each character as a full 8-bit byte, supporting the entire ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1) character set by default, or any byte sequence including UTF-8. This is the default mode for most content types (URLs, vCards, WiFi strings) and is the most versatile but least space-efficient standard mode.
